💳 Payments & Terms

Accepted Methods: All major Credit Cards, ACH/E-Check, and Tap to Pay.
Admin Fee: A 3% fee applies to all invoices to cover secure processing and documentation.
When to Pay: Payment for Support is due at the time of service. Installation Projects require a deposit (100% of equipment + 33% of labor) upon approval.
Late Payments: Balances 10+ days past due incur a fee of 1.5% or $5.00 whichever is greater.

🛠️ Support Pricing

Onsite Service Call: $99 minimum, which includes travel (truck-roll) and your first 15 minutes.
1 Technician: $65 per additional 30 minutes ($130/hr).
2 Technicians: $97.50 per additional 30 minutes ($195/hr).
Remote Support: $55 per 30 minutes
After-Hours: Emergency or after-hours support is billed at 1.5x standard rates.

📋 Estimates & Projects

Initial Assessments: Done by phone or email are FREE
Onsite Assessments: In-Depth assessments are a minimum non-refundable $99 fee , fee may be more based on project scope.
Changes & Cancellations: Change orders carry a 5% fee; cancellations incur a 10% admin fee.
Returns: Eligible equipment returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%

Design & Documentation Services Charged as a percentage of the project total or hourly, these will be assessed on a per Project basis.

Installation Project Pricing Prices are based on the Scope Of Work (SOW), installation needs, and associated Goods, collectively the 'Project'. Contact us to discuss your specific needs for pricing.
